Kayla Gabriel's best furry friend, Boromir, was recently diagnosed with Cushing's disease and is now insulin dependent. Multiple vet visits, tests, and medications have added up to over $6,000, and there will be many more tests to come. Kayla is now working two jobs plus trying to make as much extra money on the side as she can, which understandably has taken a toll on her own physical and mental health.
