Kay Kay has spent the last 22 years caring for her daughter Jayna, who recently passed away at just 22 years old due to pneumonia. Throughout Jayna’s life, Kay Kay was her primary provider, offering round-the-clock support and working closely with a dedicated team of nurses to ensure Jayna received the care she needed. The loss of Jayna is not only heartbreaking, but also a major adjustment for Kay Kay, whose life has revolved around her daughter’s needs.

In the weeks leading up to Jayna’s passing, Kay Kay was unable to work much as Jayna was in the ICU. Now, she faces the challenge of covering funeral expenses and essential utilities, all while coping with immense grief. While Jayna did have insurance, the plan isn’t enough to cover all the costs with prices rising so quickly. Jayna deserves a beautiful farewell, and I want to support Kay Kay in her time of suffering without adding a financial burden to what she is already experiencing.
