My dear friend Kat lost everything in the Eaton fire. She rented my guest house for 4.5 years. While she had renter’s insurance, it’s not covering the increased costs of moving, and item replacement. Because she was a renter she hasn’t been eligible for aid programs, including FEMA, Red Cross, etc.

Help Kat rebuild. Renters have not been prioritized in this disaster.
