Support Katie's Recovery and Medical Expenses

Hello friends and family,

I am reaching out to ask for your support during a very difficult time in my life. After recently experiencing a serious, life-threatening medical emergency, I was admitted to the ICU/hospital for almost a week. I am extremely grateful to have survived. The next several month's will continue to be challenging, as I am experiencing a number of physical and mental health issues.

To further complicate things, I recently lost my job. This has added even more stress and uncertainty to an already overwhelming situation.

I am humbly asking for your help to assist with the costs of my ICU and hospital stay, as well as ongoing medical expenses for my physical and mental health needs. At the same time, I am extremely uncomfortable asking for help, however I realize that accepting support will allow me to focus on my health, well-being and children, during this difficult time.
