Our dear friend Katie Renner is facing the fight of her life. She has been diagnosed with a rare form of cancer and after exhausting local treatment options over the past 11 months, she's just been accepted into a treatment program at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.

This program offers real hope-but getting there and covering the costs of travel, lodging and support during treatment is a challenge she can't face alone.
