Support Katie's Journey to College Volleyball

Hi, my name is Katie Boldin, and I am a rising Senior at Northwood Academy. I have attended Northwood for 12 years, and I have played volleyball for 7 years. I started playing travel volleyball in 8th grade, I have been a starter on varsity since 9th grade, and I was captain of my travel and school volleyball teams this past year. I have been an All-Region each year from 2022-2025, and I was an East-West All-Star in 2023 and 2024. In addition to volleyball, I have maintained high honors all through high school and middle school, I was Sophomore Class Vice President, Junior Class Vice President, and I am now Student Government Vice President for this coming year. I am also ranked 3rd in my class, and I am involved in Senior Beta Club and National Honor Society.

I recently earned an opportunity to be able to play with an elite volleyball team this summer that will help push me toward my goals of playing volleyball in college. With this team, I will get to play in the Junior Volleyball Nationals that are held in Orlando in June. I will also get to play in a couple of other tournaments leading up to June. In addition to playing for this team, I was also invited to a few college camps by coaches which I am hoping to attend during the summer. I am trying to raise money in order to help make this happen. My goal to reach is $2500 to cover all tournament fees, uniforms, hotel costs, camp prices, food, and gas. I’m also working a job this summer around these opportunities to reach my goal.
