Support Katie's Climb to Recovery

I'm making this GoFundMe today with a heartfelt request to rally around our dear friend, Katie, as she continues on a journey of healing and recovery after a life-altering climbing accident.

Katie is not just an adventurer; she's a force of nature, conquering the heights with grace and determination. However, in the blink of an eye, her world was turned upside down.

Over a year ago, during a lead climbing adventure, Katie took a fall. The rope was positioned in her mouth, and tragically, the impact of the fall resulted in the rope tearing out one of her teeth, loosening others, and inflicting serious damage to her jaw.

Through countless appointments with specialists and numerous medical procedures, the physical pain and emotional toll have been unimaginable. Today, on Halloween 2023, Katie is receiving jaw surgery. She's had to take significant time off work, and the relentless medical bills have plunged her into overwhelming debt. To say this tragic event has been life-changing would be an understatement.
