My name is Mitchel Wiseman, and I’m starting this fundraiser on behalf of my wife, Katie. Katie has recently been diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer (stage 4) — an aggressive form that has already spread, and will require ongoing treatment and care.

Katie is the heart of our family. She’s a loving wife, a devoted mom, and one of the strongest people I know. But this diagnosis has turned our world upside down, and we are now facing an uphill battle — emotionally, physically, and financially.

Katie will undergo multiple rounds of chemotherapy, surgeries, and follow-up treatments, many of which require travel to hospitals and specialists out of our area. The medical costs are already adding up fast, and on top of that, we’re now paying significantly more for health insurance.

The funds raised here will go directly toward:

Medical bills and medications

Travel and lodging for hospital visits

Childcare and home support during treatment

Increased insurance premiums

Everyday living expenses while Katie focuses on healing
