Dear Friends and Family,

For those who may not know, Katie McCabe was diagnosed with high-risk Gestational Trophoblastic Neoplasia (GTN) on July 5, 2024. This rare form of cancer caused a large tumor to develop in her uterus, which at her stage could only be treated with aggressive chemotherapy. Without much time to process this shocking news, Katie began her treatment journey just days after her diagnosis, with her husband, Matt, by her side.

Katie and Matt are proud parents to two beautiful children—Maisie, age 2, and James, just 9 months old. They are the kind of people who would never ask for help, but the financial strain of hospital stays and the specialized chemotherapy required to treat Katie’s condition has impacted their family.

Katie still has a long road to recovery, but her treatment is showing promising results. When her chemotherapy is complete she will then need surgery to remove the tumor. While she continues this courageous fight, we are asking for your help in easing the financial pressure so they can focus on Katie’s healing and caring for their little ones.
