Our hearts are broken as we share the loss of baby Luka, who passed away at just 11 days old after a courageous fight in the NICU.

Luka's journey into this world was met with love, hope, and resilience. Katie endured an extremely difficult pregnancy, spending nearly six weeks in the hospital to give Luka the best possible chance at life. Despite the challenges, Luka arrived surrounded by love and continued to fight with incredible strength.

Katie and Mike now face the unimaginable—grieving the loss of their baby while navigating the emotional and financial toll of extended hospital stays, NICU care, and now funeral/memorial costs.

We’re setting up this fund to help ease some of that burden, so they can take time to grieve without added stress. If you feel moved to give, know that every donation, no matter the amount, is a gesture of love and support for Katie, Mike , and baby Luka’s memory.
