Support Katie and Izabella's Recovery Journey

Most of you probably already know me, my name is Katie. I was recently in a really bad car accident. I totaled my vehicle and broke my ankle in a few places, my shin, my kneecap in a few places, and right below my kneecap, resulting in three different surgeries; the first one was an emergency surgery because my bone was outside of my body. I also had two long hospital stays.

At the time of my accident, I was 26 weeks pregnant with my first child. Due to the accident, my placenta started to come away from my uterus, and I had to have an emergency c-section. My daughter, Izabella, was born a micro-preemie at 26 weeks and 3 days. She was 1 lb 10 oz and 12.3 inches ans has been in the NICU since then and has had her ups and downs.

I am on leave from my two jobs, so I don't have a source of income and won't be able to work for quite some time. I am going to need a new vehicle so I can transport myself and my daughter, when she is able to come home, to doctor's appointments, grocery stores, physical therapy, etc. I had to move back into my parents' house for the time being, but I would like to be out on my own when I am able with my daughter, so not only will I need a new vehicle, I'm also going to have to come up with a security deposit and first month's rent.

Along with those things, I have fines from my accident and medical bills that need to be paid and money to be able to support myself and my child. If you could help me out with any financial help, I would greatly appreciate it.
