Our dear friend Kathy is facing an incredibly difficult and unfair situation. She is being wrongfully sued and has had to use her life savings just to defend herself. As many of us know, legal fees are crushing, and the opposing party is doing everything possible to drain her resources including her home. Kathy is under enormous stress, and it’s heartbreaking to see someone so selfless put in this position.

Kathy has always been the kind of person who lifts others up. She is a devoted mother and grandmother, a caring neighbor, and someone who gives back endlessly to her community through her work with the San Diego Humane Society and by fostering animals in need. She is compassionate, generous, and has a way of making everyone feel valued. Now it’s our turn to stand beside her.
