Help Kathy regain mobility with a portable oxygen concentrator

We are starting this fundraiser for a dear friend who would never ask for help herself.

Kathy is currently facing her third cancer diagnosis and now depends on oxygen support 24/7. Without an oxygen supply, leaving home for any length of time is extremely difficult. Simple joys many of us take for granted — walking by the ocean, overnight trips, or visiting family and friends out of town — are no longer possible.

This fundraiser has one very concrete goal:

To purchase a continuous-flow portable oxygen concentrator that will give Kathy mobility and freedom again.

Unlike smaller pulse-dose machines, Kathy requires a continuous-flow portable oxygen machine, which is significantly more expensive but essential for her daily life outside the home.

The cost of the device is about $3,000.

Any additional funds will help cover extra batteries, accessories, and essential equipment so she can safely spend time away from home.

This is not about medical treatments.

It’s about quality of life and meaningful moments.

We hope to give Kathy the ability to:

• Take short trips and overnight visits

• Spend meaningful time outside her home

• Reconnect with loved ones in person

• Create precious memories with the people she loves
