Support Kathy's Fight to Keep Her Home

This year has been a life changer for me.I thought I had it all together and thought I was doing pretty good in life.but that changed in a inst.In January when it snowed,I slipped and fell and broke my wrist in several places. Which set me back. As I was getting over that,I lost my job after 10 years due to getting a new boss.never saw that coming. Then in August, I stopped in at my dad’s to check on him and take him breakfast. I found him lying on the floor. He had had a heart attack and a stroke as well as going into kidney failure. Things were never the same for him or myself after that. My dad had gotten a loan and used my house for collateral. It was in the Will that it would be paid off o he passed away.However,in the meantime my brothers, who had never helped or came around in over 15 years .started coming around and changed my dads will. My dad had been diagnosed with dementia, so technically changing it was illegal. But I had no money for a lawyer or to fight this change. My brothers took over dads care and told me to stay away and got papers written up to where I wasn’t allowed on the property!that I would be arrested if I stepped foot in yard or house. On July 3 rd a lady from the bank calls me and says sorry to hear about your father.I didn’t know what she was talking about. As it turns out on June 24th my dad passed away and my brothers didn’t even tell me they kept it a secret.so I was in shock. Her next question was.”How are you going to pay for the loan on your house? I don’t have much time to save my house.according to the bank I have six months to get my house paid for . I must figure this out for my family, my elderly mother, my son and his baby all live with me along with our animals.I have been the primary provider. I have had another surgery since all this and unable to work just yet and fixing to have another one. I’m just devastated with all that’s happened and really frightened of loosing my home.So I am reaching out for assistance from the people I care about and who I believe care about me.
