Hello everyone,

I am creating this GoFundMe on behalf of my mom and step-dad, Kathy and Moose. Earlier this year, our family’s world was turned upside down when Kathy was diagnosed with small-cell lung cancer. She bravely underwent surgery to remove the tumor and is now going through rounds of chemotherapy, with the possibility of radiation still ahead.

As you can imagine, this journey has been filled with countless doctors’ appointments, hospital visits, and long days of treatment. On top of the physical and emotional toll, the financial burden is growing heavier each day. Medical bills are starting to pile up, and Moose has already had to miss significant time from work to care for Kathy and support her through treatment.

Kathy is one of the strongest people you could ever meet. She and Moose have always been the kind of people to lend a hand to others in need, and now they are the ones who could use a helping hand. Any contributions will go directly toward easing the cost of medical expenses, travel for appointments, and the loss of income during this difficult time.
