Support Kathy's Family After Devastating House Fire

Hi. I am making this GoFundMe for my best friend and her two daughters. Last night, their home caught fire while they were sleeping, and they barely escaped with their lives. The house is a complete loss, and there were only a handful of things that could be salvaged from one of the bedrooms. They lost two dogs and a couple of cats in the fire. They suffered smoke inhalation from the fire. They just found out recently that their home insurance was no longer going to cover them due to gutters needing to be replaced. They were in the process of calling other insurance agencies and trying to get the gutters replaced when this horrific fire took everything from them.

Kathy is a single mom on disability. Tori is a pre-med college student attending SVSU, and Stephanie just graduated from high school last month and is headed to college in Maine on a scholarship for paleontology and marine biology. If you knew Kathy and her girls, you would know that they have the biggest hearts on the planet and are always pouring into others, volunteering their time at the local thrift shop, rescuing and rehoming animals—the list goes on.

Let's help this family out in their time of need so they can start to rebuild their lives. Besides needing a new home, all of Tori's college textbooks need to be immediately replaced, as well as the key fobs for their vehicles, and many, many other things.
