Support Kathy's Battle with Rare Tumor

Hello, my name is Kathy Hunt-Johnson. I have a very rare giant cell tumor in my sacrum. I would love to have it removed. Only, I was told not to touch it; there are too many nerves in that area. At best, I would require a colostomy bag. At worst, I would be paralyzed. It has caused many other problems in my body. I have been in the hospital many times—seven times in one year and many more after that. Before that, I was in the hospital to be born and to have a child.
