Hi everyone. I am starting this GoFundMe for the incomparable Kathyrn Malcolm. I had the great good fortune to work in emergency medicine with her for a short time at VEG. Her huge heart for animals was a shining beacon in veterinary medicine. Her consistently gentle demeanor with frightened animals and her genuine use of fear-free techniques, as well as her kindness and incredible intelligence and skill, made her a wonderful work colleague.

As many of you know, Kathyrn has recently been diagnosed with an extremely aggressive, advanced lung cancer, despite being one of the healthiest people any of us personally know.
