Support Kathy Neske, Our Community Pillar

Today my dear friend Kathy Neske suffered a heart attack at her home this morning. Thankfully she was conscience enough to her a family member to get her to the hospital in time. Although she is awake and talking she is still in the ICU recovering. Out of respect for the families privacy I will not be sharing any further medical information without the families consent.

Any one that has the privilege to know Kathy, knows that she has a heart of gold and would give you the shirt off her back. She has been a staple of the Valley Stream community and most importantly she has been the glue that has held the Valley Stream VFW Post 1790 together for over 20 years.

Due to the current medical condition Kathy will need to rest and take it easy, one less thing she should have to worry about is money. If you could find it in your heart to help Kathy out during these tough times please donate. No amount is too small.
