You may know Kathy as the friendly face behind the bar at the Toyota Club at Coors Field, where she brightens our days with her warm smile and impeccable service. She's not just a fantastic bartender; she's an all-around incredible woman who has touched the lives of many.

Sadly, Rick, Kathy's husband, has been facing an unimaginable challenge. He was diagnosed with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), a progressive and devastating neurological disease that affects motor neurons, robbing individuals of their ability to move, speak, and ultimately, breathe. Rick is a loving husband, a devoted father, and a cherished friend, and this diagnosis has turned their world upside down.

ALS not only presents physical challenges but also places an enormous emotional and financial burden on families.

That's where we, as a community, can make a difference. We have witnessed Kathy's unwavering dedication to her family and her constant support for others. Now, it's our turn to lend a helping hand. We have started this GoFundMe campaign to assist Kathy and Rick in their battle against ALS and alleviate some of the stress and financial struggles they are facing.

Our Goal: We aim to raise at least $10,000 to cover medical expenses, specialized equipment, and any necessary home modifications to improve Rick's quality of life.
