My name is Kathryn, and I am reaching out for support during one of the most challenging times of my life. I am a recent breast cancer survivor, and the treatments and surgery required me to miss a significant amount of work. The driver never stopped, and the damage to my spine now requires surgery. Some of these injuries may be permanent, and I am facing the possibility of permanent disability.

At 63 years old, these two life-changing events have left me struggling to keep up with my bills. I am at risk of being evicted from my home and losing my vehicle, which would make it even harder to get to medical appointments and manage daily life. The financial strain has been overwhelming, and I have never asked for or borrowed money from anyone before. This is a very hard decision for me, but I am reaching out because I truly need help.
