Support Kathleen's Recovery

Dear Friends and Family,

Anyone who has had the blessing of knowing our mom, knows that she is one of the most special, joyful and thoughtful people you’ll ever meet. She has ALWAYS put others above herself, offering to help before you could even ask. She has spent her life selflessly caring for others, always going the extra mile to ensure that everyone around her has felt loved, supported and most importantly to her, knew Jesus. Her compassion, spunk, generosity, and love for life have touched so many people and now she is need of our help.

As many of you know, she suffered a stroke on July 20th. While she is showing incredible strength and resilience, the need for therapy and assistance will be ongoing. Cognitively, she is not able to live alone and will need constant care until she is healed. She will receive disability but unfortunately, that will not be enough to cover her current expenses, medical bills and potentially her moving costs. As much as we’d love for her to stay at her home, we are unsure what the future holds and also want her to be surrounded by family that can help her long term.

We also continue to covet your prayers. Please keep standing in the gap and believing for complete and total healing over her mind. We can’t wait for the day we see that joy and spunk return!
