Hello friends of Kathryn. Our names are Jay & Anne.

As you may have heard, her sweet nine-year-old dog, Lorenzo, had to be taken to the vet for an emergency after suffering from a slipped disc in his spine. This caused inflammation, pushing on his nerves and paralyzing his back legs.

Kathryn has been taking him for laser treatments multiple times a week, and that has been helping. We still don't know if he'll be able to walk normally again, but he just got approved for another week of laser treatments because he has been showing signs of improvement. Kathryn has been taking him to a pet chiropractor as well to help him with his healing.

As most of us know, medical treatments are expensive. Although she still doesn't know what the final outcome will be, the continued progress so far has been encouraging. However, the financial burden of all of this is already extremely high, as well as the stress involved with providing special care for her best and only sweet furry friend.

If you are able to help offset the financial burden, it would help Kathryn focus on being there for Lorenzo through all of this rather than the added stress of looking for additional part-time work to help cover the costs of his care.
