Hi, my name is Katherine. After ten years of waiting for the right time, I’m finally stepping out in faith and joining my church on a mission trip to the Dominican Republic. We'll be serving at the Advocates of Love Orphanage, and I’m inviting you to be part of this life-changing journey with me.

This is deeply personal for me. Children—especially orphans—have always held a deep place in my heart. They face unimaginable challenges without the love and security of a family. I believe every child deserves to feel seen, valued, and loved.

Asking for help is completely out of my comfort zone. At first, I planned to fund this trip entirely on my own—but I’ve come to humbly realize that this isn’t about me. It’s about the children. I’m just one person, and while I can give what I have, together we can make a far greater impact—reaching more children, providing more resources. Together, we can show them they are loved and not forgotten.
