Support Katherine's Family in Crisis

My name is Katherine. I have 4 kids, and this boat has been our home for 5 years this month. This boat has been the most stability I have had since my dad left. It has been home for my children. Charlie Rose (3) learned to crawl and walk on this boat. This boat and this community are our home, and we need help.

I received a call last Sunday that my boat was low. I didn’t expect to see this. This was heartbreaking. I felt like I was going to die, just started to crumble. Joe's Crab Shack servers were cheering (they are so evil). I just started grabbing what I could: my kids' clothes, looking for my grandma's picture. I couldn’t find my wedding ring. I was scared to even get on the boat. My body couldn’t stop trembling. City people were talking about cutting my ropes and letting her go! I didn’t think we were going to save it. I did not give up. I spent all of my money buying pumps to save it. Prayer and volunteers took charge when I felt I couldn’t.

Red Cross doesn’t have any housing for me.

We are in great need of a trailer big enough for 10.

Someone stole my chickens and ducks 2 days later. My car's alternator went out; I spent $400, and now my transmission went out. I am stranded.

Someone has been sabotaging my boat. They cut the chain to my anchor and put my anchor on my boat to send a message. The next day, they stole my generator.

Sacramento pd stole my boat. Forced me and my 3 yr old daughter off, threatened to take me to jail and my daughter to cps.

The boat was not tagged for removal.

they just took it under duress. Has left us with nothing
