My name is Crystal Barnard and I'm raising funds to help support my family through my daughter, Kathaleen Frederick's, open-heart surgery. Unfortunately I am disabled, on a fixed income, and my daughter is due to the see surgeon on January 2nd in Houston, TX. Which is where we will schedule the open-heart surgery appointment.
