Our mom Kate was visiting her daughter for Christmas in Texas when she suffered a major heart attack. She was transported to an amazing heart hospital in Plano TX for her lifesaving care.

While they are lucky to have some insurance, we know that the costs for her emergency care, life flight and several days in ICU will not be a small bill for them to cover. Our parents have always been the first to lend a helping hand, support friends and family and their community. But asking for help is not something they have ever done easily. Managing these bills on their retirement income will not be easy so we are humbly asking for some help to reduce some of the stress. We want our mom to focus on healing and taking care of her amazing heart. Any help is truly appreciated.
