Support Kate's Health Recovery

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted community members,

This year has been an incredibly challenging one for Kate. Over the past four months, she’s faced a series of health setbacks, including a painful kidney stone, extensive dental work, and finally, the chance to begin a long-awaited support program for her mental health.

Despite having insurance that costs $800 a month, we’ve found ourselves struggling with thousands of dollars in medical debt. Between the time Kate needed off work to focus on recovery and the high out-of-pocket costs, the financial burden has only added stress to an already difficult situation.

As many of you know, healthcare expenses in America can be overwhelming, even with insurance. With things already tight for everyone, our budget simply didn’t account for these unexpected medical emergencies. That’s where we’re hoping to lean on the kindness and generosity of our community to help Kate get back on track and continue her recovery.
