My name is Kate, and I am reaching out for help as I navigate a very difficult chapter in my life. I have a history of traumatic brain injury, with the most recent injury occurring on January 6, 2026. Since then, my world has changed dramatically. I am unable to work right now due to severe migraines, body aches, exhaustion, insomnia, and chronic fatigue. On top of these challenges, I am also dealing with autonomic dysfunction, which causes fainting spells, dizziness, falling over, and unpredictable issues like itching and hives from thermo-dysregulation. Living with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome makes recovery even more complicated and exhausting.
