On Sunday, March 23rd, our beloved Kate (Kiki) was rushed to the hospital and admitted to the ICU when she suddenly struggled to breathe and lost consciousness. She was placed on a ventilator, which has been doing most of her breathing since. Doctors have discovered that she was septic, is suffering internal bleeding, and has since developed pneumonia, adding to the severity of her condition.

Kate is a fighter, but she is facing an uphill battle. As a type 1 diabetic, her health has already been a challenge, and now, with her being unable to work, financial stress is piling up alongside medical uncertainties. She was already struggling to make ends meet, and now, with mounting hospital bills and everyday expenses, the burden is overwhelming.
