Support Katerina's New Career Journey

My name is Katerina Rose and I'm a 29-year-old trans woman living in Olympia, WA with my fiance Jimmy. In June of this year, I unexpectedly lost my job, and since then we've been scrambling to make ends meet.

Thankfully, I've managed to line up a great career as a city bus driver for Intercity Transit, Olympia's fare-free public and paratransit agency. I'll start training to earn my CDL mid-September, but until then, bills still have to be paid.

Accordingly, the purpose of this fundraiser is primarily to cover September's rent— about $800. I'll also need to purchase a new wardrobe for my training period, including slacks and dress shirts. Any remaining funds will go towards other monthly bills like internet, electricity and phone service.
