On Monday, January 26, 2026, Katelyn and Josh Escamilla were involved in a serious snowmobile accident while on vacation in Wyoming. Tragically, Josh passed away as a result of the accident. He was deeply loved by his family and friends, and his kindness, and steady presence will always be remembered. While our hearts are heavy with grief, we are grateful for the many memories and the love he shared with those around him.

Katelyn survived the accident and is currently receiving intensive care. She has sustained significant injuries and remains under close medical supervision. Although her recovery will take time, we are hopeful and prayerful as she continues to fight and heal.

This GoFundMe has been created to support Katelyn, Josh and their families during this incredibly difficult time. Donations will help cover Katelyn’s medical expenses and ongoing care as well as funeral and memorial arrangements for Josh.
