This precious family has worked for us in Colorado for over twenty-five years. They are a hard-working, generous, fair and decent family.
Until a year ago ten year old Katelyn has traveled back and forth from CA to CO between her father’s home and her grandparents home where she has always lived for ten years with her mother, her brother, her grandparents and her aunt.
Because of the many stories Katelyn told her mother, the cuts, slap-marks, bruises and verbally abusive things her step-mother has screamed at her, Tina (the mother) made the decision NOT to send Katelyn to her father’s home since the summer of 2024.
For a solid year her father has not tried to contact Katelyn. Then on Wednesday June 18 US Marshals demanded Katelyn be handed over to them. Katelyn was crying and scared. She did not want to go. Her grandmother assured her God would be with her.
Please give whatever you are able to give to help us offset the very expensive legal fees it will take to get Justice 4Katelyn.
