Our dear friend and roommate, Katelyn Ventisette, was recently diagnosed with Stage 3 ovarian cancer. This diagnosis has turned her world upside down in a matter of weeks. She is preparing to undergo a major surgery to remove her uterus, followed by rounds of chemotherapy as she begins the fight of her life.

Kate is one of the most kind, strong, and supportive people we know. She is the kind of person who shows up for everyone around her, and now she needs us to show up for her.

Along with the emotional and physical challenges ahead, the financial burden of cancer treatment can be overwhelming. Between surgery, chemotherapy, medical appointments, medications, and time away from school to focus on healing, the costs quickly add up.
