Support Katelyn kicking Hodgkins Lymphoma's butt

Hi, I’m Katie – Katelyn’s best friend and cheerleader.

Those who have been privileged enough to know Katelyn, know that she is a stellar human! She brings so much light into the lives of everyone around her.

I am starting this GoFundMe at the tail-end of her fight against Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, only because it has taken this long to talk her into it. Katelyn is humble, but those who love her have finally convinced her that these are the life events where you should embrace support.

Katelyn was diagnosed with Stage 2 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in early 2022 – right after graduating from college and getting engaged. Talk about garbage timing.

Shortly after starting chemotherapy, she had to quit her full-time job. Because she was a bartender, her contact with the public was too high-risk for her compromised immune system.

This has left Katelyn with close to no income and piling medical bills.

It is hard to imagine dealing with the stress of living expenses and medical debt while being in such a devastating physical state.

It is my goal to take this stress off her plate as much as possible.

o Ear/Nose/Throat Specialist

o Several biopsys

o CT Scans and Ultrasounds

o (6) months of chemotherapy treatments

o Prescription medications
