Support Katee and Her Family

Hi friends, thank you for stopping by! I’m creating this fundraiser on behalf of one of my closest friends, Katee. Anyone who has ever had the pleasure of meeting her knows how loving, resilient, and strong she is, always facing life’s curve balls with grace and determination.

In January, she will be undergoing both a full hysterectomy and a ureteroscopy. The recovery period is expected to take at least eight weeks. As a small business owner, she does not receive PTO, and her husband, while able to take some time off to care for their kids and help her recover, won’t be paid fully for his time away.

Life has recently thrown some unexpected setbacks her way, with unforeseen expenses adding to the challenges she’s already facing. Their son recently faced some significant challenges that depleted their savings and required unplanned time off. As she heads into surgery, she is worrying about both her health and how they’ll make ends meet during her recovery.

Katee has been an absolute rock of support for me over the years, as she has done for many others, and I would love to help ease some of the emotional burden as she heads into surgery. All funds raised will go towards her medical deductible, co-pays, meals during recovery, medications, and other household expenses.
