On the morning of May 6th, Kassandra Stayton and Antonio Varela lost their almost 2-month-old precious baby, Coltor, to sudden infant death syndrome, aka SIDS. To say this is every parent's nightmare is an understatement! No parent thinks this will ever happen to them; it was completely unexpected and earth-shattering. Kassy and Antonio were just getting back on their feet and doing well in their new place. Kassy and Antonio also have two other young sons, one with autism, and baby Coltor made their little family whole. No parent should ever need to worry about going back to work to pay to lay their baby to rest or to support their babies they still have with them. From a mommy who has lost a baby and had to ask for help myself, I set this up for Kassandra and Antonio to have some kind of peace in this nightmare they are now living. All funds will go directly to Kassandra to pay for arrangements for baby Coltor and to help them with bills so they can try to grieve together as a family.
