On Tuesday, November 11, 2025, our beloved Kassi became an innocent victim of a violent road rage attack in Colorado and was shot in the head as a result. Kassi was rushed to emergency surgery, and still remains critical at this time. She will have an intense and long road to recovery, requiring extensive medical care and rehabilitation.

Kassi is a brilliant, kind, creative, active, and selfless person who has so much life ahead of her. The impact of what happened to Kassi will affect her physically and emotionally for the rest of her life.

Our current goal is to raise money to help support Kassi through her medical care in the ICU, and through rehab and therapies that will likely take several years. The funds received will be used to help relieve financial stress from the long term hospital and rehabilitation stays.

Kassi’s family is incredibly grateful for all of the support, prayers, positive energy, and willingness to help from so many people around the country. We appreciate all of the prayers for Kassi during this extremely difficult time.
