Hi, my name is Nikki McMurray. I’m making this GoFundMe for a high school friend of mine and her kids. She’s a mother of 5 and her son Kason, age 14 (a former heart transplant recipient at the age of 6). Kason got sick a few days ago and went to the ER where they ended up doing surgery and found that he has cancer, a form of lymphoma. It’s affecting his kidneys and has made him very sick. He’s the middle child of 5 that Des has, and she’s having to stay and devote her time to him while her husband Chris is at home with her younger kids. She is 3 hours away and without a car, it is really hard for her to travel back and forth. With Chris being the only one working and at home with the other kids, things are financially hard right now and they need all the help they can get!
