My name is Tammy, and my mother Kasima was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer in December 2024.

At the time of writing this, she has undergone spinal surgery and radiation therapy, and will have begun chemotherapy in February 2025. Though she is receiving amazing support from her friends and family, this development will continue to affect her well being and ability to keep up with her financial responsibilities.
