Support Kashwayne’s Kids After Tragic Loss

A cry of help from a mother who lost her kids' father in a tragic accident that made a drastic change in their lives. It is with a heavy heart that I share the devastating news that since Kashwayne’s passing on August 28, 2022, his four kids have been unable to have a stable roof over their heads. Due to the high living conditions in the Cayman Island, it has been challenging to secure affordable housing, therefore a temporary setting was made for them.

I must applaud the kids' mother, Jany, for trying her very best to provide for them and ensuring they are safe and surrounded by love. Family members have also assisted in any way they can but unfortunately, it takes a lot to maintain four children. It is with a broken heart that she has decided to use this medium to ask for help.

Kashwayne was a hardworking Prison Officer. He had a second job working heavy equipment whilst being a dedicated father to his four children. He was an amazing role model to them and many can testify of his commitment and timeless efforts working to provide for his kids. He loved them so much and ensured that they were never hungry, school was his main priority and always encouraged them to stay focused and work hard in school.

Today, it has been difficult to provide meals, school supplies, medical care and not to mention a roof over their head. We never thought of separating the kids as we are still trying to heal together after such a massive loss in our home. We decided to create this medium to ask for assistance in any manner or form. These are four precious kids that are fatherless, they want to be in school and we truly believe that they have a bright future ahead of them.
