My mother Karri has always been a source of strength and kindness for our family, but recently she faced an unexpected challenge. On February 26, 2026, Karri had to undergo emergency back surgery. What was already a difficult situation became even more complicated when she experienced post-surgery complications, requiring her to stay in the hospital longer than anyone expected. Now, she will need to spend additional time in rehab to recover and regain her strength.
