My name is Karma, and I am reaching out for support after a life-changing event. I have epilepsy, and recently I suffered a seizure at home. While I was unconscious, our family dog severely injured my face. The aftermath has been overwhelming, both physically and emotionally, and I am now facing a long road to recovery.

I am missing my lips, one whole cheek, my other cheek is disfigured, one of my ears is severely disfigured, one whole nostril is one and the tip of my nose is gone. 
I have undergone several surgeries and a skin graft already and have several more yet to come. 

The medical bills are already piling up, and I am also responsible for babysitter costs so that Trenton can be by my side during this difficult time. With our household now relying on almost no income, even basic expenses like food have become a challenge. Every day brings new hurdles, but I am determined to heal and move forward with the help of my loved ones and community.
