Our dear friend Karie Koethke passed unexpectedly in her sleep yesterday. This sudden loss has been devastating to her family and friends.

Karie was the friend, sister, daughter, mother and grandmother that you could count on, laugh hearty with, tell jokes with and be proud to say I know her. She showed up every Saturday to Auction with a smile and the best manners in the west!

Karie's wishes were to be cremated. I created this fundraiser to help her family in this great time of sudden loss to lessen the financial burden. My hope is the goal is met and will cover these final expenses and to have a small celebration of life for Karie where everyone can come together and give their heartfelt support for this beautiful soul, with such a giving heart. In life I know that Karie would have been overwhelmed and floored at the outpouring of support and condolences with people giving to her VS her giving to them.

Costs are approximately $1100 for cremation and fees, $100 urns, $25 + fees per death certificate x4, $100 obituary, $100 medical records fees, etc. It adds up fast.
