I am starting this GoFundMe on behalf of my niece, Kari, her boyfriend Dylan, and their three children. Last night, they experienced a devastating house fire. We are incredibly grateful that everyone made it out safely, but the road ahead will be challenging.

Their home will take anywhere from six months to a year to rebuild, and in the meantime, they are faced with starting over—finding temporary housing, replacing essentials, and helping the kids cope with losing nearly everything. The emotional and financial stress is already overwhelming.

Anyone who knows Kari and Dylan knows they are always the first to step up when someone else needs help. They give without hesitation. Now, it’s their turn to receive that same kindness and support from the community they’ve poured so much into.
