Our family is grieving the sudden loss of Dan, a devoted husband, father, and small business owner in Knoxville, Tennessee. Deeply faithful to his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Dan was 52 years old and built his own business designing and customizing house plans.

He worked closely with families and builders, creating homes that people would live in for years to come. His work can be seen at TyreeHousePlans.com.

He took great pride in his work, but even more in providing for his family.

He leaves behind his world, wife, Kari (48), and their ten children: Kathleen (25), Darien (23), Kittee (18), Duncan (17), Declan (15), Duke (13), Dailey (11), Douglas (8), Davis (5), and Darcy (4).

As you can imagine, this loss is not only heartbreaking, but deeply destabilizing. Dan was the primary provider, and his work was ongoing at the time of his passing.

Our goal is to give Kari and the kids time - time to grieve, time to adjust, and time to begin figuring out what comes next without immediate financial pressure.

Funds raised will go directly toward mortgage and household expenses, vehicle and transportation costs, food and daily needs for a large family, and maintaining stability while Kari gets back on her feet. If you feel led to help, any amount truly makes a difference.
