If you know our department, you know Karen. She is the voice you hear and the smile that radiates behind the counter many of you see. Unfortunately, she has suffered a devastating car accident. While driving home she crashed down an embankment nearly 60 feet, breaking several ribs and puncturing a lung. She is lucky to be alive! We want to show her some love, support and help her and her family through this difficult time.
