Philip Nesselroad has been a faithful and supportive husband to my mom, Karen Nesselroad, for the last ten years, and a wonderful dad to his daughter, Delaney Nesselroad, and , Sophia Cervantes and Stephanie Cervantes. He was diagnosed with cancer five years ago, and during the time that he has been undergoing treatment for his multiple myeloma, he and my mom have tried to get by with his social security money and my mom's job. Unfortunately, two months ago, my mom lost her job, and despite efforts and many applications, she has not been able to find a job yet. This week, on January 28, her husband Philip passed away from his illness. This means my mom is not only left with dealing with his loss and the many things that need to be figured out in the next two months, but also without a job, she is unable to pay for her rent these next two months. She has also decided to move in with family in Florida until she gets on her feet. Because of this, we have decided to start this fundraiser to help her during these difficult times, and with her move. If you are not able to help financially, we are also in need of prayers and support. Anything is valuable during this time.
