Support Karen & Krista Kolley on This Battle Against Cancer

On behalf of Karen Kolley and her loving, most compassionate, and caring only daughter.

Everyone that knows this dynamic duo knows that they always welcome people as family. They both have so much drive and ambition and can conquer the world.

As many may know, Karen was diagnosed with colon cancer in November 2017. Five years and two other surgeries later led Karen to January 2023 when their lives changed forever. A large amount of money was needed to be paid in back medical expenses in order for her to have a life-saving surgery. During that surgery, things did not go as planned and she was given a colostomy. After the surgery, there were complications and Karen was hospitalized for six weeks. Being Krista had already moved 1.5 hours away from the city to care for Karen, she paid to stay in a hotel in Queens, NY while Karen got the care she needed and was "out of the woods".

Since February 2023, Krista has taken on the role of full-time caretaker and wound care nurse, caring for Karen's Ostomy and being her biggest cheerleader (being an only child with no immediate family to provide any support). While trying to run a business, the bills, transportation costs, and supplies have gotten overbearing and we are raising funds to assist in these costs and to allow Karen to live the rest of her life stress-free, not feeling she has burdened her daughter.

As many have seen, Karen was hospitalized again this week and more expenses continue to add up. Any donation is much appreciated while we support this amazing mother-daughter duo and their strength to get through anything.
