My name is Karen, thanks so much for stopping by. I am asking for financial gifts, however much you can donate. No amount is too small and greatly appreciated! The funds will be used to replace my vehicle and to pay rent for me and my crew.

My wish is that this request finds you in a great mood I am about to ask you for some assistance.

After I moved to my current city in 2023, I started working as a Door Dasher. When I first arrived, I had to stay in a hotel until the students left for summer break, housing shortage in a small college town. I drove 12hrs a day to afford that hotel. Finally found a place so I didn't have to drive so much. Good thing too. I had to work on car repairs after all that abuse on my old van. So, when my starter failed, last August, I had it towed away from the business where it died and decided not to repair the van again. Too many other things needed to fixed to be deemed, 'safe to drive'.

My old van gave up the ghost mid August. That ended my employment. I did try to find another job quickly with no luck. Without the ability to earn an income, I am not able to afford the basics of life. I am very fortunate to have a longtime friend that has helped me up to this point. It is very important to me to be independent. I moved out and am now in an AirBnB with my pets. I have two small dogs and a cat. I love them all so much but am now considering rehoming my crew, if I am not able to afford dependable living arrangements.

I never expected to be in this position, but, here I am. Literally relying on the kindness of strangers. I am humbly asking for any and all help? It would be deeply appreciated. If you know me personally, you know that I am a 'pay it forward' kinda person.
